It would seem that the creatures that run Orange are quite happy with what is going on here; if they weren't then things wouldn't be continuing the way they are and for such a long time; would they??? I wonder why that is???
Is it that these creatures know exactly what they are doing because they are the type of animal that know how to run large companies to yeild the maximum profits at every turn and sod the customers???

Anyone who, in my opinion, makes the same mistake twice with Orange deserves all he/she gets!
Personally, Once my sentence is up I will never get involved in anything related to this company again, no matter what the promises are because they've proved to me beyond a shadow of a doubt that I cannot trust them!

Oh I throughly agree with you Dog. See, the sad thing is I have been a customer of Orange since the freeserve days, and up until last December I have never had a problem- any downtime has was due to something nationwide, consistent connections, I was happy customer. Further more, I even RECOMMENDED Orange to other people! Boy do I feel like the tw@t for doing that- I can't even look a friend in eye when I mention Orange she wants to bury her livebox into the back of my head.
Orange has lost my confidence and support, and I resent having to pay any monies to them- they have become ruthless and shameless, treating customers like complete mugs. I will give Orange kudos, for its ability to entice customers and take money with amazing efficiency and their "gift of the gab"- they can easily give you excuses but no f*cking solution, NO ONE here has got 8megs download and I don't think ANYONE has had exactly 8megs until they get shafted from ADSLMAX to LLU (those on ADSLMAX beware, you will get put on LLU and you will be disappointed)
Heres food for thought, once your close to leaving/contract is up run up as much bandwidth as you can, then you can at least leave with some dignity...
If any of my posts have dissuaded anyone from giving money to Orange then I have done my part in the name of customer care- because Orange clearly doesn't.

I will retain my dignity by not running up a huge amount of bandwith just for the sake of it; I would then be no better than them!
I will continue to use my broadband as per the agreement between Orange and myself; that way they can never accuse me of anything untoward; unlike themselves!
If they owe me any monies then I will contact them by letter and failing their response will go straight to a solicitor and sue them!
I don't have time for fuc king about anymore!
