I managed to get the number for the middlesbrough call centre from a chap I was dealing with there and he tells me they have a direct line for high level complaints.

so after my endless problems with Orange I rang and spoke to a manager and manged to get my account canceled and a full refund for my downtime.

the number is 01642732768.
