uSwitch Broadband Customer Satisfaction Report
On 3rd July 2007, uSwitch.com, a free, impartial on-line and telephone-based comparison and switching company, announced the results to their Home Phone and Broadband Customer Satisafction Report.
Rather than focussing on broadband prices, they paid particular attention to the customer services offered by broadband suppliers, and the customers' views of these services.
We will pubish a breakdown of these results in the very near future, subject to permissions.
