Probably the following..

On a livebox a slow flashing @ light and PPP server down message if you try and access the config itself.

On a Speedtouch error 0721 or 0718 but the odd other may crop up too.

Anyone tell me whats happening with this PPP server down issue. I have been offline since yesterday. Tried riging several Orange support numbers and get a message stating engineers working to resolve issue.

I noticed recently that I have been bombarded with spam emails and many of my sent emails are being returned as not delivered (SPAMCOP seems to have blocked all ffreeserve, wanadoo and Orange servers!!) any connection?

I'v had PPP Server down since last Friday. Haven't been able to get Orange to even confirm a line test despite phoning 6 times (they have been having problems with their spreadsheet!!). I have only just got back on having been down for over four weeks, now it's off again. So god help the rest if that many are down.

I've now left Orange and am up and running with idnet but I'm just curious whether anyone here who has been offline for a few weeks is now back online due to whatever fix Orange say they have done.....
