I made this post a sticky, but have now censored part of the message as it was pointed out by one of WanadooProblems registered users that this information may affect other customers which require this feature - the feature, in case you are interested is not that good - so no emails... Please!
I know Wanadoo should have a service like this as a standard.. but not much can be done there sadly without speaking to the top dogs.. even then there's no promise..
