I'm having problems getting Orange broadband to work on my MAC.
I need to make a wired connection using Ethernet, as I don't have wireless on my ibook. I have already configured the livebox to a PC, which is working fine. Do I need to configure it again to my MAC?
I have looked at the Bramley Apple site recommended in other posts, and it says I need Firefox, which I can't download to my ibook, as I can't access the internet on it! Is Firefox essential? I currently have Safari and Explorer.
If the @ light is solid, and you had it working with the PC, then you don't need firefox. Thats simply a way to allow a MAC to access the livebox config pages to set the username and password as Safari has some trouble with the pages.
Try just plugging in the ethernet cable and it should just work automatically.
