I have been with Orange since the end of June. It took me over 3 weeks to get my wireless & Talk to work. I was making daily calls chasing this up and had numerous obstacles to get it resolved. it was only when i talked to Craig in cancellations that it was finally resolved.
I am on the Max package so should get free landline and Orange mobile calls. My bill in August i was charged for calls. i phoned and was told this would be refunded and they would resolve being charged. Someone from CS phoned me back and said this had done. I even phoned and emailed prior to my latest bill to check this, I was told no calls would be charged.
I get my bill in sepetmeber and I am again charged for wireless and talk calls that shoudl be free. I ring CS and am told they are sorry and they will arrange a refund on the same day my accountis debited and will resolve the issue finally.
The money has now been taken out but no refund. I phone CS yet again to be told the refund will have to wait til next months bill and the issue still hasn't been resolved but escalated. I am not happy they can take money out of my account they should not have and I have to wait a month to get it back!! Orange say they prude themselves on good customer support, I don't think so!!
They have the cheek to ask for 320 to upgrade to a 8mb speed that they advertised i would get when I joined. I have today asked for a MAC code and will consider changing ISPs
