Signed up for Orange broadband almost a month ago and have been having problems ever since- it's like the Internet circa 1994 all over again! A week into using it we decided it wasn't for us and am still trying to change over but have been having problem after problem with trying to get through and MAC codes and somesuch... instead of accepting their mistakes we were promised that they "are working on the issue and will be able to upgrade us"- but after a month, nothing.
But my MAIN complaint is CHANGE THE HOLD MUSIC!!! Orange customer service is bad enough as it is without me having to listen to the same David Gray sheep impersonations and nonsensical shuffling gangster-in-a-cave type performances every day after work (once having been on hold for no less than 45 minutes), only to be told after finally getting through that "sorry, offices close at 6pm"... ARGHHHHHH! I'm sure we'll all look back lovingly on this one day and be interviewed on a programme called "I Love 2006" and end up purchasing Retro Orange Hold Music. God help us.
