damm Orange!!!!

i can play wow for about 2 minuetes then i get an error saying i have not got a active connection Evil or Very Mad

but i can still go on the web, i have disabled every firewall and virus protection software i have aswell as the livebox firewall please help me this is hell, its so frustrating!!! Evil or Very Mad
