Last week I had the task of connecting my Daughters PC to her new Live Box and then connected two lap tops wirelessly to same.
Before starting any of these tasks I printed off all the instructions from Orange Help Line on installation and made sure I followed the instructions to the letter, low and behold 45mins later the PC plus the 2 Lap Tops were all on line with no problems
What's everybody moaning about just follow the instructions and you'll get there. If I can do it, you younger ones should be able too.

Hi Derby!
Well done!
Actually, the information that Orange supply (if it is still the same as Wanadoo's pack) is very good and installing is normally very straight-forward. Problems only arise when there is an Orange fault - which in over 90% of instances will not be due to the instructions they have given or the software for installing. It is generally down to their telephone exchange equipment.
Anyway, glad you were able to connect up -Who said you can't teach an old dog new tricks!!!
Keep a note of this website though... You never know!
Thank you for posting into this part of the site - we are always happy to see good feedback (it can't all be bad)!
