I’m an Orange mobile customer who is considering moving broadband account over to Orange broadband.
Is this a good idea?
I’m currently with Virgin.net and the phone line supports speeds of up to 8mb on a normal BT exchange.
The £5 a month Orange offer is very tempting but can anyone tell me if I still get the same speed and apart from the money I’ll save each month is there any other benefit to moving?
I know from when I was at BT that I was at 6.5mb most of the day everyday and I get switched over on the 13th, if I dont get this they can stuff the £5 a month fee.
Orange are very poor at telling their customers anything!!
My line and exchange support 8mb, they cannot tell me when they will supply me 8mb, poor customer service!
I have not been able to access my online statement since 24th october and they cannot tell me when this will be resolved, poor customer service!
it is shocking that a large company cannot get half decent software to run it's system or have a planned program of putting people on ADSL max. A shambles!!
