I took the plunge with Orange as i was with NTL and was fed up with their customer services and high charges for all services.
As I had just moved to Orange mobile I was very interested in their Max package with unlimited BB and phone calls over voip. I registered on the 14th June and didn't receive my livebox,etc til 30th June. the letter i received said i was on the Plus package and not the max i had asked for. When I phoned i was told this would be easily sorted once livebox installed.
Installed with not too many probs and then the fun began. It was 3 weeks before i could amend my package to the max, you would have thought they would have sorted earlier as this meant getting £10 a month off me instead of nothing. The wireless and talk was eventually activated 2 weeks ago. I must have emailed over 30 times and phoned on a dialy basis to try and sort these. No one phoned me back when asked and every time i phoned I got a different deadline and a different story.
it was only when i talked to a helpful guy in cancellations who emailed me my MAC code that things got resolved on the package and talk issues. Since then everything has been ok, talk works fine and the internet very rarely has dropped out.
i have noticed errors when I log into my account when accessing anything to do with my package or wireless and talk. No one seems to want to give me an idea when adsl max will be in my area and they have done the llu.
6/10, could do better and hopefully will once things have settled down.
