For some reason after reciving a letter from Orange anouncing me getting put on a high downloaders (FUP) line between 6pm and 12pm for downloading a mere 10gigs on peak in a month. I am now restricted all day 24hrs a day. Not just between 6pm and 12pm.
However i could be wrong so i will post my pre 6pm stats:
So is this all day restrictions? as there is no change at night
Or is there any ways to get some good day time speeds by reconfiguring? my ip profile is @ 3000k acording to BT speed tester
Cuase without even daytime speeds i may aswell be on 512k line instead of a 8mb service i get @ no point of any day.
Looking at the downstream power, at 13.4dBm indicates a problem either at the router or at the exchange.
To impose the FUP, Orange use BT's End User Speed Control system to cap the connection at 512kbps so your sync of 352kbps is a strange one. The IP Profile of 3000kbps does indicate that probably they have capped your connection.
Perhaps because of the power problem that has reduced the 512kbps even further.
I guess that they warned you but you continued to download at the same rate so they capped you.
If you now continue to download at that rate then they will allow you to leave the contract FOC.
