Port forwarding is available on your livebox but how you do it depends what you are setting it up for.
You can access the settings by going to the Livebox configuration pages. If you type 192.168.1.1 into your address bar, the default username and password is 'admin'. From there you need to click Configuration - Advanced - Router.
