Hi everyone. I've been stuck in my reserve tank (dolphin payg package) for roughly six months or so. I rang 450 a few times to try and resolve the problem. Last time I rang, the Orange person I spoke to confirmed I was stuck in my reserve tank. He suggested I run my credit down to zero and then top back up.
I did this by ringing my landline and using over £10 of credit I had. I then topped back up but the problem hadn't been fixed. The man from Orange rang me back to see if the problem was fixed, I told him it wasn't so he said he'd get in touch with the people above him for them to sort it out and that he'd ring me back in a few days and reimburse me the £10 credit id used.
I never heard off him or anyone else at Orange since, despite sending them emails. So I now cant ring or text abroad. I'm paying more than I should for calls and texts too.
Anyone have any experience of this or know who I can talk to, to get this problem resolved?
