My contract was finished so i ordered a new phone on the 17th Jan 2014. An hour later i realised i coudn't have that particular phone on my current contract so i cancelled the order and was told i would be refunded the money i paid £39.99 in 7 to 10 working days. i called back in the middle of February as i had not been refunded to be told it would be processed now and i would receive a refund in 7 to 10 working days. | called again on the 6th march to be told it would be refunded in 7 to 10 working days.
Why has the money not be refunded after 4 attempts?
Why does it take 10 minuted to take the money out but 2 months to refund?
How do Orange know i don't need that money for food etc?
This is an absolute joke and shows the customer service at Orange to be dispicable. Has anyone else had this level of customer service from Orange?
I can tell you now i will not be using Orange again and will be advising my friends (500 on facebook alone) not to use them. Do they realise the damage they cause their reputation or are they not bothered?
I have still not received a refund from Orange. This is rediculous and I am thinking of taking them to the small claims court to see if this wakes them up to the damage they are doing to their reputation
