I requested an unlock code and received a text on 16 Dec to say you would send it to me shortly, the payment was taken from my pay as you go account.
I have phoned on numerous occasions and have been told different things each time, it takes 48 hours, 24 hour, 7 days etc, when I rang last week I told the customer supervisor that either give me the unlock code or put my money back within the next 7 days,neither of which has happened.
I have been with your company many years and have never experienced shocking customer service such as this.
I am still using your service with my new phone but am very disappointed that you have taken my money under false pretences.
if I don't receive any feedback from this email, I will be changing my provider.
