My fibre upgrade is being held up by BT, they fitted a new wall socket and tested the line on 29th Jan but after 4 weeks I'm still waiting for them to upgrade the line, they left me the Onenreach modem and went up the road to the street box then told be the new modems connections are not compatible with the wiring in the street box, then 2 weeks later I was told there was a splitter problem at the exchange, EE are suposed to be calling me tomorrow with an update, At present I'm getting around 8.4 mbts and they have given me March as a free month but I do feel I'm getting the run around. My brother who is with BT got upgraded in Nov, it only took a week.
