I have been a customer for many many years - first Freeserve, then Orange, now EE - for my Broadband. I was sent an Inventel DV4210 router which worked flawlessley for many years but recently it has started dropping the connection after 15 - 20 minutes use and I need to un plug and reboot - most annoying. I spoke with one of the Help Team at the weekend who helped me reset the equipment . . but it has continued to do the same. I feel that perhaps it has served its time and I am due new, more reliable piece of kit ( I look at the BT Internet adverts with some envy ! ) but when I have asked for support I am pointed to this forum . . .not really impressed ! Would have much preferred to have been told "you are the customer and you are not getting the blemish free service you are paying for, so we will send you a new router." Or is that idea too old fashioned ?
