I look after a Club web site that is based on another freeserve dial up account and have always used FTP no problem while still a Freeserve/Orange customer. Having moved to BT Infinity (much faster !!) I can no longer ftp to this other freeserve account.

At first I thought it was the BT Hub blocking FTP access but now realise it is the Orange/Freeserve Server blocking me as I'm not using an IP address allocated by Orange.

I can understand why Orange do this but is there any way round this please ?
