My modem now takes several minutes to find the connection, then when I have connected, the page takes about another minute to load.
It's much worse than before they "upgraded".
yes, mine also seems much worse - it takes simply FOREVER to connect and then takes an age to load page. Also I find that the connection keeps dropping/freezing. It was never good before, but I put that down to the fact that we are at the end of an unmade lane in a semi-rural area and the phone lines are antique. BT allegedly have upgraded the local 'boxes', but this has made no noticeable difference to the maximum speed available - which ain't great. Hoever, it was bearable, but this is now so slow to connect etc that it is seriously starting to drive me mad!
