I have not been able to get into my HOME broadband email account since
2010 i have had it for 4 years.

I have an iphone and it always pops up messages that it cant log in, but
when i login CORRECTLY onto my broadband email address from my pc it
logs into the mobile WEBMAIL address that all contract customers have -
so i am told. It has some how linked the two addresses and got rid of
the correct one for my home broadband account. i have reported it to
orange well over a week ago and still not heard anything back from them;
even claiming that had no previous notes on this when i had an extensive
call with someone about this over a week ago he promised it would be
escalated as he couldn't remedy it himself - he logged into my account
and could see what has happened.

I tried to get through to technical yesterday but there was an exchange
problem. person i spoke to said they would call me back in the afternoon, this did NOT happen.

I need someone to sort this out asap as i cannot gain access to any of
the bills emailed to me.

I received an email from Orange suggesting for me to call them for a THIRD TIME this is a disgrace, why should i have to keep wasting hours to get something sorted out its pathetic.

Because that's what you have to do with 0range otherwise nothing gets sorted

that's what i did TWICE before with them telling me crap that they have escalated it. they have FAILED; i have been with them for 14 years i'd expect a bit more courtesy then them telling me to call them up instead of the other way round as AGREED!

Obviously up until now you've had a trouble-free 4 years otherwise you'd realise that 0range very rarely call users back.

Some depts. do not have the facility to make outgoing calls.
