I have bought a Scroll Tablet which uses Andoid technology. Although I have it working for offline use, I am having problems connecting it to my Livebox. Where as before I didn't have any problems connecting items wirelessly (dongle, laptop, XBox 360, Wii, DS etc...), this one is causing me the most problems. For some reason it doesn't recongise the Livebox but the tablet can be placed next to it but it doesn't pick up the signal. However, it can pick up the other neighbours houses and the BTFON signal.
I have tried pairing it (pressing it, not holding for 5 seconds) and switched between WPA to WEP to no security but it seems it's not picking up the signal.
Seems you are asking this question elsewhere and have provided more info

Everything else I got connected to the Livebox works. So that includes, laptop, Wii, Xbox 360, DS, iPod Touch. It seems I have massive problems with the tablet as I've tried pairing it, switching it from WPA to WEP and to no security.
I have noticed in the config screens there are 14 things that has been configured to work via WiFi but I don't think I have 14 things on the go. Could this be a problem?
The Livebox allows you to connect up to six computers, or other wireless gadgets, to the internet. Have you tried removing one of the others eg DS and then connecting the android device?

have you turned on the wifi settings for the scroll tablet? THis may help
The WiFi on the Scroll Tablet is switched on and is picking up the other signals from other houses (BT & Sky) as well as the BTFON signal but not the Livebox and I've got the tablet standing right next to it.
I have removed some things in the config screen (there were 14 showing) leaving with five, but it's still not picking it up.
I had a problem with my Dell Streak as the Livebox SSID was not visible. I had to add the hidden Wi-Fi connection to the Streak by doing the following:
1.Tap Settings
2.Tap Wireless controls
3.Tap Wi-Fi so a tick appears next to it
4.Tap Wi-Fi settings
5.Tap Add Wi-Fi network
6.Tap the Network SSID text box and enter the name of the hidden network
7.Tap the Security drop down menu
8.Tap the type of security in use
9.Tap the Wireless password textbox and enter the password for the hidden network
10.Tap Show password so a tick appears next to it if you want to check that you have entered the password correctly
11.Tap Save

Like TravisP I am having the same problem. I have a laptop and my iPhone working quite happily with WiFi through the Livebox (press number 1 button enter the WEP code and it all works) But the brand new Eken tablet, running the Android OS, is sitting here looking at me with 2 entries under WiFi settings 'Livebox-6B48 secured with WPA Signal strength excellent' and 'Livebox-6B48 out of range, Remembered' The 'remembered' indicating that I have put in the WEP code (26 digit hex) previously but the Eken is on the desk next to me about 2ft from the Livebox so why I am getting one entry saying 'Out of Range' and the other 'Signal Excellent' is very odd. My Livebox is set up as 'WPA only' so why the WEP code works I'm not sure. I don't understand the difference.
My problem is that having just bought it I don't know if the Eken is faulty or just that I'm not setting it up correctly. Of course the instruction manual is useless. I have tried everything listed in other suggestions but still have no connection. Is it something to do with the Android operating system? I thought I was reasonably computer 'savvy' but this is really puzzling me. Any further suggestions please?
