Orange capped me well over a year ago now, maybe even two years, I can't even recall. So my connection is slow as hell at peak times all the time, and I know they won't lift the cap. But it actually doesn't bother me anymore. Though, I'm just wondering, if I just keep downloading as much as I want in the day, would they ever do anything worse? I mean, I'm keeping to their rules.. I might be going over my monthly limit, but I'm not downloading at night time, since they've made that impossible for me. So is capping the worst they'll do?
