Phoned 16 times and getting nowhere as Tech support don't won't to know and just keep saying phone back tomorrow, in two days in five days.
Even though I have no service they are holding my MAC to ransom unless I pay a cancelation fee and the remaining 5 months of payments. So I can't even go to a provider that cares and can give me broadband.
Now really pi$$ed of with it and intend to lock myself inside their office until the problem is solved. Will also get TV, newspapers and Radio involved.
