I have an i-Mac with a G3 processor which uses a version of Explorer rather than the newer Safari. I have recently signed up with Wanadoo, France for their broadband service and everytime that I try to open my mail box at Wanadoo Explorer quits. Any ideas anyone? Interestingly I also have a pc which works fine with Wanadoo.

as microsoft have stoped supporting internet explorer i would recommend downloading a new web brower at

The wintel version of firefox tends to be better than opera at running the Wanadoo web page.

opera for the MAC looks like it would work on most macs.

I have only ever used the wintel version of the programs above.

I would presume the would be not much difference between the MAC and the pc version.

The other idea would be to look at apple website and see if can get a version of safari.

Please can you state the version of MAC OS that you are running as this will help other MAC users come up with some ideas?

thanks for your excellent suggestion. I downloaded Firefox from the gozilla website and this has solved the problem. My i-Mac has a G4 processor and runs OS x Very Happy
