hi i have broadband home max which i have had for 26 months which comes with the livebox set up which has been faultless until this week the wifi signal is now really poor have reset the box and tried various devices laptop iphone and itouch etc i used to have full signal now i only have 1 even when next to livebox
what i would like to know is
can u purchase a direct replacement from Orange and if so where as i have searched with out any luck ??
or should i move broadband providers as i am out of contract and if so any sugestions ? i do like the the fact that i only pay approx £26 a month with no line rental
Hi - is the power supply faulty? I had a similar problem, Orange replaced the livebox and power supply and I've had no problems since.
If you are changing, PlusNet seem to have the current best deals, peut-être.
