Firstly I know very little about broadband, so bare with me!
So my issue arose when I recently moved into the centre of Manchester, and due to a lack of LLU with o2 (now Sky) went for Orange. I noticed that when surfing in the evening, the speed got less than well... speedy. On trying to play xbox live or generally do anything that involves a broadband connection and a game, it becomes a nightmare!
Okay so here is my ping test results... I would like to add that this is not the worst but an average.
My question is - what can be done because this is obviously not an acceptable situation?

Unfortunately if your not on LLU there's very little you can do as the issue is congestion as 0range & other big ISPs don't buy enough bandwidth from BT.
Smaller ISPs like Zen, Xilo and PlusNet generally don't show such problems.
