I am not longer going to call wanadoo, don't like speaking to asians I am afraid because I am unable to understand there lingo.
Really surprised there not French operators but thats British.
Wanado you will no longer be recomended to any of my customers when I am out in the field setting up Internet connections, any I do come over with this problem I will be advising go to Tiscali or NTL or BT or Virgin or X but not Wanadoo. As Wanadoo.suck.com (coming soon)
How did they wind a ISP 2006 Award is beyond me. Must have been voted just before wanadoo went AWOL.

well i can't say that, because in the netherlands wanadoo is one of the most populair ISP's. They have good service for everything except for the Livebox, after that i think there the 2nd best ISP.
the best ISP i know is: Planet

Yeah, I got the same thing. Called them when my connection started going wrong and had some Asian as*hole telling me to be calm and respectful when I wasn't even shouting or cussing, merely airing my frustrations with their service. Now everytime I call Wanadoo (and that's often!!) when I get an Asian w*nker on the other side I just put down the phone and call again. Seems like they're all the same, disrespectful, rude and think the world owes them something.
This in turn of course is driving down Wanadoos' customer service.
