on home select, trying to register for a couple of days now, no worky, so finally tried ringing support today, 2 different departments, first guy tried to help but couldn't, 2nd department hung up on me whilst "going to get help" but was still connected, then finally dropped the line after 8 minutes, 07973 number, probably cost me more than the saving i'd get with wednesdays!!
anyone else experienced problems trying to register?
is there an email address i can contact which will reply to me, who might know what they're on about, i'm not wasting any more money
I'm not on Orange for mobile, just got the broadband,
you have to text your Orange email address to a number which should send you a text back confirming your account/you've registered.
but it keeps failing.
no one at Orange on the phone knows what department deals with it, or can activate it manually for me so was costing me lots of money, which is why it'd be great to get an email address as it sounds like it might take a while to sort out.
