I have had massive speed issues and can't watch youtube, iplayer, 4od etc without buffering, it is unwatchable. My line test said I would get up to 8 meg but I have struggled to get over 1 meg. I have done 4-5 speed tests everyday and called Orange 3 times a week to report issues, with no improvement. Online gaming is impossible, and I want to cancel. My friend in the flat below me went with BT and instantly got 9 meg and a ping of less than 50ms. Will Orange let me cancel after 30 days registering my complaint? The customer support has been pretty terrible. Speed test pages are bringing up different results...speedtest.net seems to be a true reflection of my speed...awful.
