My VoIP service seems to have suddenly stopped working. There is no phone light on the livebox, and in the configuration page it says VoIP service not available.
Does anyone have any tips / advice whilst I prepare myself for calling technical support....?!
Try turning off for 5-10 minutes, if the same factory reset, though that would mean having to repair any wireless connections, change settings if you've altered them and re-enter your username and password.
They'll probably ask you to factory reset if you call though.
Gave it 24 hours and it started working again - might be a useful tip for anyone with the same problem - avoids the hassle of reseting your livebox.
Incidentally, when I try to go into the 'manage wireless and talk' section on the Orange website, I get an error saying 'we are unable to retrieve your details' - I assume this means there is still a fault somewhere?
