I've just upgraded my ex-wife's laptop to Win7, and as a result, the Outlook settings have been lost. I wanted to try resetting the POP password via the webmail interface. When logging into Orange webmail, it accepts the username (mobno@orange.net) and password fine, but the browser window then goes blank and the URL keeps cycling through different token numbers continuously until the cookie times out (about 10-20 minutes). Stopping the page load reveals no text at all.
Orange technical support have been notified about this Three times now, over the course of the last two weeks, and there has been no response other than to reset the Orange account password.
One can use the Orange account password to get into the account pages fine (view unused minutes, call history etc), just not into the webmail pages.
My own Orange email will work fine via webaccess.
The problem occurs on any computer (mac or PC) with any browser, flushed or not.
