I just tried changing my Orangeproblems account password. I clicked on my profile, entered my current password, entered a new password in the appropriate fields and clicked "Submit". the page then cleared and I was taken back to my login page. When I tried to login in with my new password, it kept telling me I was entering the wrong password. Convinced I had entered the correct new password into the modify profile page (and we have to enter the new password in twice so I am convinced it was correct), I went for the "Forgot Password" option. Got a new password sent my email, clicked on the link and re-activated my account with the supplied password.
I then went back into my profile page and attempted to change my password to a more memorable one (not special characters used). Again, entered my current password, entered new once twice, clicked submit and was taken back to the login page. Tried to login with my new password and guess what? Yes! It wouldn't accept it, yet when I put the previous password in *which I had changed!) it let me in.
Can somebody advise please as it is most annyoing.
