Hi Liam,
the old 'arse and elbow' saying comes to mind wherever Orange are concerned.
My advice (from experience) is to stay where you are - don't let them touch ANYTHING!!!.
I had 2 Mb with Orange and it was fine until....
I was 'upgraded' to 8Mbs...which meant no broadband for 2 months and me finally cancelling my account with them and going elsewhere.
The £20 will be the 'tip of the iceberg' as you have to keep calling the (useless) 'help' lines @7.5p a minute to try and get it working after they've cut you off.
Orange are ok 'when it's working' , and totally useless when it's not.
If you do go for it, just be sure you aren't still tied into a contract (say initial 12 months), as you run the risk of losing your connection, with no ability to go elsewhere.
Call me bitter...they made me that way
