I am having a lot of trouble connecting to Orange broadband. Basically the story is as follows....I had Orange in my old flat and never had any problems, however as soon as I moved house thats when it all began. I made Orange aware of my move mid Sept and that the BT line was up and running and requesting that broadband was set up. I was told this would take 7-10 days, however today is 27th October and I am still yet to be connected.
Everytime I call they fob me off telling me that there is a problem with the Telephone Exchange and keep giving me a review date a week later to call and get an update on the issue however when I call on this date they give me another review date a week later and to call back then. This has happened for 4 weeks and I am beginning to think I will never be connected. When I tell them how frustrated I am they basically tell me it is a free service I get anyway (despite the fact I pay my mobile contract in order to get it!) and that I have to put up with this. Has anyone had this happen to them before and what did your do?
