I find that when i am using the telephone via the livebox, the reception is not clear and the recipients voice sounds slightly muffled. There also appears to be a slight time lapse between conversations in addition to the recipients voice echoing back to them, which im told is quite disconcerting. Just been offered the Max package for £17.99; should we stay or should we go!? HELP!

Hi this is a normal side affect of broadband for any ISP, as a suggestion is try double filter ie fit another plug in filter
