I'm on the Broadband/wireless/phone package and it really is terrible sometimes. Am in the middle of working on a web site and poof!!! off it goes because I am disconnected. Also - and Iknow this is really another problem. But I just cannot work out if I've overspent on my mobile or not. Now must tell you that I'm 70 and was doing really well re computer until I joined the Broadband package. must say that on young lady at the help desk has been just that helpful. But I don't think I should have to PAY to get help. OK but I've rambled a bit. But it's good to moan andy suggestions would be gratefully received.
