First things first, I have been an Orange customer now for over 2-3 years and have never really been satisfied with what me and my brother are paying for. I'm not one to moan as I am normally too busy, but recently I have been downloading songs, dvd's, games and programs for works and college [all legal ofcourse] and it is really starting to bug me.
For around 4 months now I have been experienced extremely slow download speeds. I am currently paying for an 8Mb connection with speeds that SHOULD be around 800kb/sec... but I am definitely not getting that with speeds just over 100kb/sec. NOTE: this has only happened within the last 4-6 monthsk, before that it was fine.

I run tests on a numerous amount of speed test sites, and the same results always show:
I have contacted Orange numerous amount of times and they make me unplug and plug my livebox and computer components 1000 times but don't actually do anything to help.
