except I was previously happliy with Orange but BT accidentally cut off the wrong line of two I had, cutting off my broadband too. Had to resetablish broadband from scratch and now getting download speed of c.0.6mb
I have spoken with Orange Level 2 for hours every day for 2 weeks and no solution.
Emailed Customer Service and no response. I had another property with o2 (now Sky) recently and service was excellent.
Just appalling and wish I had known before re-signing to Orange.
Is there anything else I can do other than get a MAC code?
