My Orange speed is 3Mb but for the past week or so it has been on 2Mb and it will not change from this it is been set on this, Can anyone please help as the speed I'am suppost to get is 3Mb,

Yes, the IP Profile should be 3000kbps not 2000kbps for a connection speed of 3520kbps.
The line has probably had an attack of noise interference recently but with an SNRM of 6.3dB it should recover over the next few days.
Run that <a href="http://btbb.at/theside?LID=21">BT</a> speedtester again tomorrow and Tuesday and you should see the IP Profile increase to 2500kbps then 3000kbps.

Might be if you've recently moved it there, otherwise it could be anything iffy external between your property and the exchange......it happens sometimes
