Well if Orange/wanadoo are listening, I'd give up supplying email because as an IT guy in the field you are without doubt the worst ISP for ISP based email I have ever seen. I have more clients that have Orange as their email supplier that I have turned to hotmail or gmail accounts; gmail if they have iPhones, than any other ISP based email.
If someone tells me they have Orange as an ISP I don't even bother trying to fix it, I just automatically set a hotmail/gmail account up and tell them if and when it ever allows them to log in to forward any important emails to their ISP'less email accounts. I also tell them to take a look at o2 (now Sky) as an ISP as they are much better. Pages load faster, the site is quicker, and the BB is rock solid stable, all email access works and I've been a customer of o2 (now Sky) for a while and have there BB and mobile phone, highly recommended.
I have a client I have seen today, he was adamant it was a setting or something < technical term apparently, that was not quite right. 4 browsers, 3 from a PC and 1 from a MAC later and he eventually conceded it was oranges end, that cost him £30.00 which I think Orange should pay him back, partly because he had so much faith in Orange, but mainly because its oranges fault that this poor bloke had to have me an IT guy to tell him his ISP sucked. There is no real info about oranges woefully inadequate email service, just generic pointers.
I have to say Orange officially suck and I would never recommend them as an ISP to anyone. They have got to be losing money hand over fist because I have changed over at least 20 people in the last 6 months.
Saying all that keep it up Orange, I'm earning a tidy package in ISP commissions and IT work, so for me at least "the futures bright the future is most certainly not Orange"
