A colleague on Hotmail sends a message to multiple addresses including 2 on Orange (freeserve.co.uk).
Only 1 of the Orange recipients receives the message. The other gets the msg OK and can do a Reply All to that message and the replyall is received OK by the 2nd Orange recipient thus proving the address was good and the msg correctly formatted.
Sending the same message from a different Hotmail account reaches both recipients.
I have checked all junk mail settings (sender and recipients) and can't see why the original msg disappears.
The msg doesn't even show on webmail server so the problem is associated with the 2 e-mail providers but only with specific accounts!
Any thoughts? The sender has already tried deleting and recreating the contact entry.
