I've been a Wanadoo Broadband customer for 12 months, and to be honest, I could never understand why people were having problems, because 1) customer care had been superb 2) the actual connection was excellent - never any disconnections.
Since the start of the year I have had problems with the IP address being banned by NTL and other ISPs because the IP address range was included in various spam registers.
I'm having loads of problems with speed - it's getting slower every night for the past week - tonight incredibly slow. Tried to get through to the helpline, but its engaged or told to wait for ages.
I rely on the service for my business, and without the internet it does not exist, so I need a very reliable provider.
Has anyone else had a problem with slow 8GB service?
Other than this I cannot fault them at all and are certainly better than BT!!
