It's been about a month since my regrade to 8 meg and my IP profile is still stuck at 2000k. I have talked to tech support in india and they don't understand what I am asking of them. I have emailed Orange through the website and have been lied to twice. Once saying my profile is 7150k. Once saying that I can only get 2 meg and "If we was to send a regrade for
your line you would receive a lower speed." So I then emailed Jonathan Orange Response and have received nothing back.

Where did you get their email from? On the contact us site there is no way for me to send an email
Thanks but i went there before, entered all the information and don't see a next box or anything to submit the information I have entered. Tried with FF and IE.
