So now I can't get emails from my Orange account via outlook or webmail. Was fine this morning, nothing changed here and now it isn't. Suggesting it is a prob at their end (error in Outlook is "server might be down temporarily...". Error on webmail is "<email address> 2 2 undefined". I expect it will be resolved soon but in the meantime I am sooo angry because there is no info on the Support site.
What I want from Orange (and I have asked before but got no reply from them) is a simple Service Status page that can say "we are currently experiencing issues with...." etc. It would save us all getting really p#ssed off and save them the phone calls and bad reputation. It is a simple no-brainer.
To add insult to injury there is even a page on their website that says "check our service status page..". But it doesn't give you a link to it, and it doesn't come up when you search Support!!!
Please Orange (and I know the super efficient Jonathan monitors these pages) GIVE US A SERVICE STATUS PAGE!!
Hello, yes I too have no email connection......very frustrating.....thought it was a fault at my end and tried to restore my account in case it was because I had not logged into it for whatever many days and it had maybe been suspended.....guess I was wrong and it is actually a relief to know that I am NOT the only one without their service.....funny thing is....I registered on this forum and they managed to send me a confirmation th
