The idiots known as Orange have sent me a little bag with the following letter
"Hello
You've asked us to cancel your digital TV & On Demand service (which means your Digital TV service will no longer work), but keep your broadband up and running as normal. We've now done this for you, but we do need you to return the Set Top box, viewing card and Homeplugs."
They have also sent me an email saying i should recieve my NEW broadband equipment soon.
Seriously, what does it take to get rid of them?!?
If you can drop me a mail to customer.services@orange.co.uk, including the code ORT1028, your username from this site and your landline number that was connected to the account, I will see what is going on.
