Ive had my broadband cancelled fully today due to switching to Virgin, and giving them there 30 day notice. But i logged into the Orange Website to double check and now it says im on PAYG Dial Up. I wanted my account closed comptley, do i have to ring them again?
No, this happens to allow you to continue to have access to your old Orange email account if you so wish, it will however self suspend every 219 days (i think) as there is no active BB account to keep it in use. You will then need to log in via the member centre and restore the account.
