I'm currently With Orange and have been for some time. Recently my router (Siemens gigaset provided by Orange) has been loosing its dsl connection, so I would just turn it off and on. Well that finally stopped working so I assumed the router gave up the ghost so I went out and bought a belkin n150 router.
I still can't get a dsl connection (the light just blinks Orange) iv phoned Orange and after 30 mins and a rather rude service advisor later all I managed was for them to send me a new router (I hope, she Hung up. Before she confirmed anything )
I'm reasonably knowledgeable with computers so I should be able to implement or provide any more info.
P.s I'm on my phone so I'm sorry if I make too many spelling mistakes.
