Can anyone give me a number for the ISPA because Orange tech support are completely useless. I have been waiting two months now and I'm totally fed up with their time buying excuses. I'm another who has been left totally screwed with this LLU upgrade and have been left in the dark for two months now. Totally fed up with this incompetent joke of a company
If someone could point me in the right direction to speed things up would be much appreciated.
Hopefully they can help me out, probably have to wait in the big Orange complaint queue though
yep! I'm on my 3rd ISPA complaint, there's a nice helpful chap dealing with my 'case'.
Unfortunately I'm not sure how much pressure they can apply to Orange to get of their fat arses and do something
Not much, LLU is a vexed issue, so dont expect instant releif from ISPA or OFCOM....it is not only Orange, all operators are in the same situation.
